What we do
Meet Christy (left) and Billy (right). Christy is our Chief Recycling and Upcycling Officer. He ensures that no Christmas Lights go to waste. Broken lights are fixed over the summer and re-used. Lights that decorates this marvelous Christmas tree at St Annes Terrace are all recycled lights.
Unfortunately Christmas lights break very often and require constant maintenance.
At Poitin Stil green will be switched ON! Our volunteers decorate Rathcoole with Christmas Lights for over 22 years!
Come rain or shine, our volunteers were working hard this weekend fixing Christmas lights. Rathcoole Christmas lights will be switched-on!
Unfortunately Christmas lights don't untangle themselves. Our volunteer Christy has been untangling Rathcoole lights since 1999! Some say that he holds the World Record in untangling!
Another Christmas feature cleaned, fixed and deployed. To keep Christmas Lights alive we need your support.
Our volunteers are “back in the office” making our village ready for Christmas.
